Advertising and PR company for a luxury brand of a Spanish bed manufacturer

A luxury Bed manufacturer brand that  currently operates retail stores around the world in more than 20 countries.

Goal

  • Build brand awareness after the account had been inactive for some time.
  • Drive more people to their key location stores.

Solution

After analyzing the performance of the manufacturer’s content, we noticed that user-generated content (UGC) was their best-performing type of content. So, our creative team decided to produce more UGC and also partnered with content creators to generate even more engaging content.

 

Furthermore, we found that Reels, a popular feature on social media platforms, performed exceptionally well for the manufacturer. Therefore, we decided to make our creatives video-heavy, incorporating Reels into our social media strategy.

 

Since the manufacturer has stores in key locations, we made sure to location-tag every post and use localized hashtags. This helped us reach a wider audience in those specific areas and drive more foot traffic to their stores.

 

Overall, our strategy was to leverage the strengths of the manufacturer’s existing content and build on it by incorporating new elements such as UGC and Reels. By doing so, we were able to create a more engaging and effective social media presence for the manufacturer.

Result

By analyzing the performance of the manufacturer’s existing content and identifying the best-performing type of content, our creative team was able to develop a successful social media strategy. We focused on producing more user-generated content (UGC) and partnering with content creators to generate even more engaging content.

 

In addition, we recognized the popularity of Reels on social media platforms and incorporated this feature into our video-heavy creatives. By doing so, we were able to increase engagement and reach a wider audience.

 

To maximize the impact of our strategy, we also utilized location tags and localized hashtags to target key areas and drive foot traffic to the manufacturer’s stores. As a result, we achieved impressive results, including a 97% increase in engagements, reaching 94% more users than the previous year, and increasing the account’s engagement to 5.76% purely for organic content.

 

Our efforts also resulted in achieving 72k views on organic Reels, which further amplified the manufacturer’s brand awareness and engagement. 

Overall, our team successfully leveraged the strengths of the manufacturer’s existing content and incorporated new elements to create a more engaging and effective social media presence.
